Encourage: Help provide a supportive environment where pastors and ministry leaders can find rest, renewal, and fellowship. Offering pastoral care, counseling, and peer connection opportunities that help them process challenges and celebrate victories in ministry.

Equip: Empower pastors and ministry leaders through practical workshops, leadership development, ministry resources, and strategic planning sessions - giving them tools to lead their congregations more effectively.
