Welcome to Maranatha Retreat Center, where God's peace meets the vibrant spirit of Northern Ghana. As those who have witnessed both the deep spiritual hunger and incredible faithfulness of pastors across our region, we moved to welcome you to this sanctuary of rest and renewal.

Here in the heart of Northern Ghana, we understand the unique challenges you face. The long journeys between communities, the weight of shepherding your families, the souls entrusted to you by God, and the constant need for spiritual refreshment to better shepherd God’s flock. That is why we have started work on the construction of a wall around Maranatha’s property follows by the construction of various facilities to provide a haven where you can find rest and intimately seek the Lord.

Maranatha is not just a building; it is an answer to years of prayers for the provision of a place to retreat, recharge, and receive training for continued ministry service. Whether you come for a few days of quiet reflection or to participate in our pastoral refresher training programs, you will find yourself surrounded by the warmth of Christian fellowship. 

To the Ghanaian christian community, we are here as your partners in spreading the light of Christ. We are not here to do for you what God has called you to do. We are here to support you in any way we possibly can to do what God has called you to do. Together, we can strengthen the Church and reach those who have either not yet heard the Good News or have heard the Good News but hardened their hearts from being receptive to the Good News.
